On November 26th 2003 NGO Business Center/Business Incubator Nova Zagora officially opened its window office in the village of Lyubenova mahala.

This is the first office established under the JOBS Project, operating in a rural area. Just like the rest of the Business Centers created under the JOBS Project, the office in Lyubenova mahala provides:
- technical,
- information and
- Internet services,

Moreover, it holds training courses:
- Computer Literacy and Internet,
- Start Your Own Business еt.c..,

The office provides access to funding opportunities under a leasing scheme, as well as under the Guarantee Fund for Microcrediting and the SAPARD Programm.


Young people, unemployed, agricultural producers and small and medium-sized business representatives constitute the local target groups.
